Activities - General Operation

Display
 In hontreasurer.com, activities are listed on a which has three parts: an activity display, a text selection criteria and some action buttons for doing things like Adding, Editing and Deleting activities.
Selecting To find an activity, enter some text from the description in the Search box and press "Enter".
Entering & Editing
 To create a new activity, press the Add button from the Activities List which will cause the Activities windows to be displayed.  Choose , or create, an Activity Name, an Accounting Category and a Financial Year and press  "OK"
Reporting
 There are several standard reports for individual and groups of Activities which may be accessed by the "Report" button or from the main menu.
