Balances

Panel

In hontreasurer.com, balances are displayed on a panel which has five options: Accounting Categories, Accounts, Activities, Activity Groups and Members (Contacts). To display the panel, choose Balances/Show Balance Tab from the main menu.

Display

To operate the display, choose an option. The "top level" balances will be shown. To "drill down", click the handle on the left hand side. The next level of breakdown will be shown. This breakdown will continue for up to four levels.
