OK.
You have more than one user. hontreasurer.com allows any number of users, but
they must all have a "Role". If you don't want users to have full
access, you must set up a role. Have you set up a role? If not, look here.
To set up a new user, the user also needs to be a Member (Contact). If
the user is not yet a Member, click here.
The user will be assigned Bank & Cash Accounts to use during the
setup process. If this users operates a different Bank account from
standard, set up the account using Accounts. If this User will operate
a cash tin, set that up under Accounts too.
You will also need a to choose a Username (usually initials or some
other convenient short ID) and a Password (at least six characters
including a numeric is recommended).
Assuming there is a suitable role, contact, and bank accounts, choose
Standing Data/User Maintenance form the menu. You should see yourself
there assuming the system was set up for you.
Choose Add and fill in the Username required. Press Apply and then use
Set Password to set the password. Then Add all the roles which you wish
the user to have and the Bank and Cash accounts which s/he will use by
default. You can leave these if this user's role does not permit
him/her to post transactions.
Then set the Member (Contact) to the one you have set up for this user
and press OK. Its all done and any of these fields can be modified if
required later by selecting the user and pressing Edit.
