Transaction Panel - List and Actions

Transaction Panel
The Transaction Panel is opened by choosing Transactions/Open Transaction List from the main menu. Actions which may be performed are dependent on the Role of the user logged on.
Transaction List
The Transaction List is displayed by default in Transaction Date order (not necessarily the date you entered the transactions). It may be sorted by any column by clicking on the column heading. The Notes field may be displayed by clicking on the Transaction and moving the mouse slightly.
Add Transaction
A Transaction may be added by pressing the Add button
Edit Transaction
To Edit a Transaction, select it and press Edit - or double click it.
Delete Transaction
To Delete a Transaction, select it and press Delete.
Add Similar Transaction
To add a Transaction which is similar to one shown, select it and press Add Like. Be sure to change some information or two identical Transactions may be stored.
Total Number of Items
The total number of Transactions in the List is displayed below the list.
Total Amount:
The Total amount of the Transactions displayed is given below the list. Depending on the selection, this total may not be what it appears to be.
